We are the Kommo CRM specialism inside WeAreWay Ltd, a London-based IT consultancy. Kommo became a focused practice for us because so many sales teams asked for the same thing: a CRM properly set up, not just installed.
Our mission is narrow on purpose: make Kommo CRM behave like the system the founder originally drew on the whiteboard — not the watered-down version their team settles for after a generic onboarding.
Headquartered in London (20 Hammersmith Broadway, W6 7AB), with the wider WeAreWay Ltd team across several offices. All meetings are remote by default; on-site visits happen for enterprise engagements.
We tried Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Bitrix and a long tail of others. Then we stopped switching. Kommo solved a specific problem better than the rest, and once we noticed that, specializing was the obvious move.
